If you connect a Google account to Clarvio Mail or use Google data with Clarvio Agent, read Google User Data and AI Processing below. The restrictions in that section take precedence over broader uses and sharing described elsewhere in this policy for Google user data.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, and company;
- Account information and credentials;
- Content and messages you submit through forms or support requests.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser data (IP address, browser type, operating system);
- Usage data such as pages viewed, features used, and time spent;
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).

12. Google User Data and AI Processing
This section explains how Abstract IT Group LLC (Clarvio) processes Google account and Gmail data through Clarvio Mail and its Clarvio Agent features.
Google data we access and why
When you connect Gmail, we access your Google account identity and the mailbox data needed for the permissions and features you authorize. This may include your name, email address, Google account identifier, message senders and recipients, subjects, timestamps, message and conversation identifiers, message bodies, attachments, labels, read status, and drafts.
We use this information to connect your mailbox, display and search email, manage messages and labels, create and edit drafts, send and reply to messages, access attachments, and support configured email automations. We receive OAuth tokens to maintain the authorized connection. You enter your Google password on Google’s authorization pages; Clarvio Mail does not receive it.
AI processing and sharing
Clarvio Agent uses Anthropic’s Claude services to provide AI assistance. When you use email-related Agent features or configure email automations, relevant email content, attachments, and derived information may be transmitted to Anthropic to perform those tasks. This can include summarizing messages, preparing replies, generating conversation titles, and evaluating automation conditions. Configured automations may process this data in the background.
Email-derived information may also be retained in Clarvio conversations, saved memory, workflow records, and imported files. Infrastructure providers supporting the service may process this data on our behalf. Email data may be transferred to recipients or connected services as part of actions you authorize, subject to Google’s permitted-use restrictions. We limit transfers to the data needed for those features and actions.
Limited Use and model training
Clarvio Mail’s use and transfer of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not use, sell, or transfer Google user data—including raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived data—to create, train, or improve foundational or generalized AI or machine-learning models. This restriction also applies to training opt-ins, data-sharing programs, and feedback submissions containing Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, creditworthiness, or lending decisions.
Human access to Google user data is limited to the circumstances allowed by Google’s policies, such as your documented permission to view specific data, necessary security investigations, or legal obligations. Any other permitted access or transfer remains subject to the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and protection
Clarvio Mail stores connection information, encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens, and synchronization and operational records. It retrieves email from Gmail as needed rather than maintaining a complete mailbox archive. Queued incoming-email notifications may contain message subjects, previews, and related metadata.
Clarvio Agent separately stores information used in conversations, files, memory, and automations. Action records may contain email-related inputs. We use HTTPS for public service communications and account-based access controls to restrict access to connected mailboxes and stored records.
Retention, disconnection, and deletion
Different records have different lifecycles. Active conversations, imported files, and saved memory are managed separately from mailbox connections. Removing a chat from normal access does not immediately erase all related records. Operational, audit, and saved-memory records may remain after a conversation or mailbox connection is removed, subject to the purposes and retention limits described in this policy.
Disconnecting Gmail clears the stored access and refresh tokens for that connection and stops further access through it. It does not delete messages in Gmail or automatically erase previously stored Agent conversations, files, or operational records. You can also revoke authorization through your Google Account connections. Removing a file from Clarvio does not delete the original attachment in Gmail or copies already sent to recipients.
For access or deletion requests concerning retained Clarvio data, contact oybek@clarvio.tech and identify the relevant account and records. Do not send passwords or OAuth tokens. Disconnecting an account and requesting deletion of previously retained data are separate actions.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
